I am broke....again

the mods just keep adding up...will it stop...I think so...i don't think that there is anything left that I can afford to do

new additions

2k2 clear tailights (ain't my new sig purdy)

pioneer DEH 3400 headunit to replace the annoying aiwa mp3 player (which is for sale if anyone wants to try out a mp3 player for $60 bucks...took it out because in order for me to change from cd to radio I have to push the source button SIX DANG TIMES to get to FM and of course the remote doesn't have the source button on it so you are forced to take your eyes off the road to push the button....but i digress)

chrome...yes chrome rings for the poles that my headrests sit on (there is all kinds of neat ish at jcwsportcompact.com)

JDM 300M convex rear view mirror (and it is soooooo big....way bigger than yours )

OBX chrome pedal covers WITH the shiny *** dead pedal too!!!

front and rear clear diamond cut bumper lights (and why is shipping from Cali...soooooo dang slow...hurry hurry hurry)

the service manual on cd (got a dang good price brand new from the printer of the manuals ...DON"T BUY FROM NISSAN!!! Schiff European Automotive Literature Inc., 881 Dyer Avenue, Cranston, RI 02920. toll-free (888) 789-6882 ask for Barry Schiff btw I paid 90 for the cd)

addco rsb .....grrrrrrrrrr clunk grrrrrrrrr clunk clunk

oh yeah...the pacesetter sts from custom maxima....well I paid for it...i don't actually have it..but i did pay for it

my shiny yellow maxspeeds (i think i am supposed to install them in the car right now they are a decorative accent in my living room...abstract art of sorts....at least that's what the dimwits who come over believe when they see the box sitting there)

caliper paint mother clay bar, liquid glass, and meguir's.....and a new tool box for the car

oh the joy.....the absolute joy...pics...my webpage!!

Re: I am broke....again

I've also de-badged and de--tagged.....still working on removing the holes in the front bumper....trying a couple of things and I will let ya know which one worked successfully (or not) then again I may end up hiding them and putting a tag back on....

sign my guestbook on my cardomain page and let me know what you think

thanks

nette

oh yeah? awesome. a lot more companies are working with us! staples, american airlines just to name a few... and i guess the miami-dade county library system.

silly, i wasnt going to sell you prepaidlegal... i was gonna say if you have some friends that would be interested in becoming a member (first month free) i would gladly assist them and you would pocket a pretty penny for your help.

you are gonna make me spank you

he wants to buy that annoying aiwa mp3 cdc in dash radio....which i uninstalled yesterday (yipppeeeeee)

and in an attempt to hurry and install the new one before it started raining i crossed the speaker wire colors (that's what i get also for doing the ish in the dark)

i knew something was wrong when i had no front speakers....took the dash apart and rewired my crossed colors (white to white NOT white to white/black..blah blah blah not smart a$s comments either)

stilll.....no front speakers...hummmmmm
so i sat out in the hot sun for thirty minutes checking and rechecking my wires....still no front speakers......

then mentally retraced my steps of what i had done in the last couple of days that required me to unplug stuff...

3. installed right clear rear tail light
2. installed left clear rear tail light
1. pushed out dent on drivers door.....ding ding ding ding

.............and didn't reconnect the speaker!!!!!

ta da.....nissan would have charged me $200 bucks for that....hehehehehhe

now im goin for a test drive to see if i got rid of engine whine ..ooo i hope so
crossing fingers, toes, eyes and legs as i walk out the door

Nothing feels better than figuring it out yourself, even if it takes 1/2 a day!

Hope you remembered to uncross everything before taking your drive

found the 12v air freshner at walmart....www.medo.com is the manufacturer of the electrafresh refillable air freshner

I just came back from my test drive with the new HU...and
I should have just bought this one in the first dang place....the sound is INCREDIBLE...the features are wonderful...I only have to push the button ONCE to go between the radio and the cd YIPPPEEEEE

the remote is big...{but bigger is better...isn't it guys}

but the best part...NO WHINE NO ENGINE NOISE nada nothing absolutly nothing....and all I did was get another radio (oh joy...i thought I would have to take the trunk apart -- whew)

oh happy day....oh happy day and I did it all by myself....aren't ya'll proud of me!!!
