locking gas cap?

Courtesy Nissan sells the locking ones. I hate the flimsy gas cap Nissan uses, so I might replace it. Only drawback is you have to keep up with the key. If you happen to lose it and the spare just when you're low on gas, you're in trouble.

locking gas cap
there's the link to it - it's opened with a key, and not from the inside of the car...

If you feel you must use one due to siphoning or vandalism (crap put in gas tanks) and people where you park, etc. are bold enough to pry open fuel filler doors to do so, then go ahead and get one.
I personally don't think it is worth the hassle to deal with yet another key.

If they put sugar or salt into your tanks, I think that is more like premeditated vandalism,
Else if they were gonna pop something open, prob take HiDs or just jack the whole car.
Stealing gas... sounds like something a college student will do for beer money.
