to all members with a greddy evo!!!

i need help..i just got my greddy today and ill put it on tomorrow....is there an 02 sensor for the exhaust part of our cars?....i heard that the 02 sensor has to be welded on?..is this true?...if so..where is this 02 sensor?...thanks

but i guess to save u some time, yess there is a bong that u need to weld on, u could take it to a muffler shop,and they should know how to do it. I took it to Midas and them Moron's where like no we dont want to f#ck with it it's against the law (they thought they needed to remove my cat). but it should cost around $25-$50

Yeah I had to have this done. Midas said they don't work on performance exhausts, so I went to Tuffy. Charged me like 45 bucks.

I have a 2k2 and just did a custom cat back - there were no o2 sensors behind the cat.

same here i have 2k2 with greddy evo, all sensors are precat

Nope!
just like Jun mentioned.
goes in with very little fuss, no 02 sensor on the Evo for the 2k2.You will like the sound, no coffee can sound either

It sounds good a nice deep growl not too loud, not ricey, i think it is approx a 5-8 hp gain. The tone is most noticeable around 2,500-3,000 rpm, above that you forget it's there.

For non-Cali spec 2K and 2K1 cars, you need to get the O2 bung welded onto the B-pipe.
