why is there two versions of Stillen intake & one version of JWT intake for 5th gen?

why is there two versions of Stillen intake & one version of JWT intake for 5th gen?

Stillen's 00-01

& theres only one version of jwt popcharger, 00-02

TTT are they both k&n filters?

the MAF adapters are the same for 2k,2k1, and 2k2...it will fit. the picture for 2k2 just show all the components (the mounting plates, v-stack, etc.) but I believe they are the same



stillen uses K&N filter, JWT uses generic.

K&N vs. Generic

I got JWT and it's time to clean the filter. check it out and I can get a K&N filter for around $50 w/shipping. Would it be a better choise to get a K&N and should I keep the generic?
