Nissan OE Pads. SS 300ZX Brake Lines.
As for shorter threads, the 15mm came with studs. The 5mm, I have yet to find out.
~Going for the Killer Factory Sleeper look.
So far Eibach + 15mm Spacer looked just the way Nissan SHOULD'VE HAD THE CAR SOLD AS. 300ZX brakes will only further enhance the Factory look.

Hohohohogan!!!!! Could you please tell me how that goes? I want to do the 300 zx brake conversion, but Turbo95Max and I ran into the problem of ABS lines. We want to use the 91 TT calipers because they're aluminum, thus lighter.

Could you PLEASE give me some info when you're done with it? If you don't want to post it up, PLEASE email me at Y2KevSE. Thanks in advance!

Make sure you don't get more sick going to the junkyard. The conversion can be done on another day.

Can wait? It'll have to wait if you're bedridden for the next two weeks by making your cold worse. Matthel said he had to do custom SS lines. Do you think the 300ZX lines will fit on our cars?

300Z breaks on 00 Maximas....

well, guys...i'm don't work at Midas...but this is what i heard from Andy who works for Stillen.
he said that although the previous gens maximas will have enough spacing for the 300Z's breaks...but the 00's won't be able to accomodate the 300Z breaks.....
AGAIN....this Andy guy could be flat out wrong...
but, what do you think?

p.s. i know it cost alot more...but the Brembos(AP RACING 5 PISTON) look phat on 00 maximas man~~~~

We're trying to figure out if these things fit correctly on the Max. Since Matthel (Turbo95Max) and I are going on vacation soon (him to LA and me to HK), we cannot test the fitment, compatibility, etc. Hogan is going to give it a try tomorrow (if he's doing better), and hopefully he'll get all the glitches worked out.

AP Racing is 4 or 6 pistons, while the Z brakes are 4. We'll find out if they fit soon enough...

I never test fitted anything except holding the 300ZX caliper where my Maxima calipers were and admired them...then reality struck and dammit finished my brake job on my car.

I'm happy you're doing better... sounds like you finished the conversion already? If you did, great news! Woohoo!!!

It's all the stress... so don't trip about those people. Too much tension during this time of year.

Well, good luck with the R&D on the conversion. I'll be outty tomorrow and will be back before the year ends.

Have fun and don't tear your hair out trying to figure out how to get the brakes on. I'll probably have access from where I'm at, so you see me checking in once in a while. Again, good luck and have fun!
