i was cut off by a white eagle talon the other day and i thought, "no contest". i changed lanes and pulled up next to him. but then i heard the ominous stealth bomber noise coming out of his engine and decided against it. the light turned green and this fool TOOK OFF!!! by the time i hit 40 mph he was like 15 feet ahead of me and still going. dang i want a supercharger!!

Watch out for those cars (Talon/Laser/Eclipse) they are hella fast. The other day I was viewing the http://www.clubdsm.org timeslip page. They have over 500 members running 13's or better ! My sister had a stock 91 DSM (talon TSI AWD) and she could spank a stock 4th gen auto and tie my se-r.

Why are they called DSM? I personally own a 95 Talon Esi (non-turbo) which is sooo slow. Should've bought the Turboed one!

j2chan...where were you?? I'm in colorado and there's a talon around here that can smoke me...but he has mad mods on that thing. A stock turbo talon is no contest though

This was an aftermarket turbo...had a huge exhaust and i heard the blow-off valve from 20 ft away.

Yup, my first loss was to a 95-96 model Talon TSi. It was on a wet street though and my Nitto's spun a while off the start. He probably had AWD and by the time my wheels had stopped spinning, he was gone. My driving skills weren't that great either.

i'm in southern california. it was nice little sleeper car. the exhaust wasnt flashy, but it was definitely large, it was sittin on 18s though. looked like a typical rice rocket, but it was actually fast.
