Did anyone get this from ebay, i guess it tricks your car to think its getting cold air coming in? Does it work?

I highly doubt this would work. But if your not sure you can check out a quote form the website: "Watch your quarter mile times increase" LOL

 

Depending on the map of the engine, cooler intake air might give more advance, not unreasonable. Lie to the computer to get more advance with the device. This, of course, assumes a lot - like air temp is considered by the max program, and that there's more advance available.

 

in the world of advertising, you can say anything if it is presented correctly. For instance, it is quite fine to say 'up to' in advertising even knowing full well the vast majority of times the product will not perform that well.
