Can I add holes to rear license??

How easy it would it be for me to add two holes to the rear license plate holder for my 2K3?? I hate only having two holes as the license plate/frame move around too much. Would my dealership do it for me?? Thanks for your help...

I had a problem with the bottom of the license plate frame vibrating. You could only hear it if you were outside the car, but it still bothered me. I didn't feel like drilling so i got some velcro and it works great. No rattling from my sub anymore.
