Front Strut Bars

Hey Guys, Any reccomndations. I looking to buy a good brand/type, but there are so many out there. Ebay even has many types of front stuts. Is there any thing I should look out for or stay away from?

Thanks for the info.

I'm looking for the same... From what I've seen, most of them (even the ebay stuff) get the job done. I like the Courtesy Nissan (http://www.courtesyparts.com/) and the Vibrant Performance (http://www.vibrantperformance.com/) ones. Stillen's is nice too but too expensive, IMO.

Re: Front Strut Bars

After doing a search on the forum, some of the folks here have said that the eBay person/company "Directcarparts" sells a front strut tower bar that is just like the Courtesy one. Those who have that one say that installation is simple and fit is good. So I won a bid on one last week. Including tax and shipping, it only came out to $45. Not bad.

I bought my Courtesy FSTB off a fellow Org member for a real good price. However, I have yet to feel any handling gains since putting it on .

I have the courtesy FSTB as well and I didn't feel any handling gains until I changed the factory tires and lowered my car with springs. I don't think the FSTB alone will a sharper handling car it will improve the handling a little but not as much as a combination of multiple suspension mods.

If price is not an issue, then go with the Stillen. It seems to have the least fitment issues, and the namebrand. I think the next best would be the Courtesy bar, which is what I got. It seems to have very few fitment issues, looks great, and is a solid product.
