Do these mods help??

I'm seeing a lot of adds about mods/parts....
and these 2 items made me wonder......my apologies if it seems dumb.

1)Spark plugs...I assume my 2k2 SE have a pretty good spark plugs...but can I make it better? (i.e. plat+4? Iridium?) does it even matters??

2)O2 sensors...Borsch keeps telling me that it's sensors will improve mileage and better performance..etc. etc....blah blah blah...

There could be more...can someone add to the list??

now...do these little things help?
or are they like me taking funky herbal pills and thinking I'm Peter North? (Tell me if you get this pun. )

Thanks in advance.

i would not recomend the bosch platinum +4 for our cars. it wont' help. the stock plugs are plenty good for our cars already. imo changing them out without any forced induction or nitrous set ups won't have any noticable gains

ahh, thanks for the input...

just wondering about body kits + lowering springs/struts.....

besides looks (for kit) and handling (for springs)

do they have any impact on the aerodynamics and bottom airflow of the car..or is that just a real stupid myth?

Loweing a car adn putting a kit on it will affect drag, but it's unlikley other than weight that you will really feel it.
