Can Someone Drive my Car and tell me if...
Hi fellas,
can someone drive my car and tell me if I have the Fuel Cutoff Problem for sure? I drive a 2001 with manual and it's been a pain in the **** to try to get used to shifting in first, I have driven many other manual cars and I don't remember it being such a pain. I took it to the dealer but they wanted to charge me, but that is another thread altogether. I just want to be sure before I go again. I live in Mountain view Cali. I see many Maximas around here, there has to be someone on the Forum that lives close to me. thanks
I'll appreciate any help.

hmmm, fuel cut issue would cause the car to 'buck' when you try to maintain 37-38 mph. Syncros would be a totally different issue. Whenever the dealer threatens you with a charge and you are under warranty, just call Nissan of NA and tell them. You will it taken care of.

I already looked at the TSBs and the problem is supposed to be around 1500-1800 rpm right and first gear? I also took it to the dealer along with the TSB and got refused unless I paid an upfront Fee. I also Talked to the corporate nissan people and they said that some dealers do that and there was nothing they could do.
