Ok it's not in the How to's

I was wondering if anybody installed there y-pipe on there own car or did you have it done. If so can I do it with jackstands.

I think many people have done it, and yes use jackstands. Make FOR SURE your car is secure when its in the air. Depending on how old the car is, some have had some issues with getting rusty bolts off.

When you receive your Y...do a visual comparision to make sure all the sensor holes mount up and how its going to fit. THEN, take it apart. You might save yourself some grief.

It not hard to do, just mostly time consuming.

I did the H-Pipe on my Cobra and those rusted bolts were a real B'Yatch.

If you have air tools it shouldn't be a problem...those exhaust bolts are extremely hard to remove or you could use a very long breaker bar. Definately use jackstands!
