Hmm... the only thing I can think of that F1 would mean, would be the F-1 style shifting like the Lexus IS300 automatic has. This is where you can manually shift your automatic with pedals that are located on the back side of the steering wheel. But that's not applicable to the Maxima, as it doesn't have that feature. So I'm not real sure what that could stand for.
