You put what on your car? Scratch X works well if you can't feel the scratches with your nails. I would recommend that you visit http://autopia.ws/index.php and ask the experts for help. Can you post pictures of the scratches?

An Update

I waxed my entire car with the Turtle wax color and scratch care wax. Since I have a black max I used the black wax. Well to my suprise about 95% of the scratches were well wax off or hidden. I got some scratchx and did the rest and you can't see any of the scratches on the car. After I did all this I rewashed the car and followed it up with a clay bar and then zainoed the car and my car never looked better!

So if you have scratches all in your car I recomond this. The turtle wax color care stuff comes in just about every color.

to me.....weahter Scratch X wors or not really depends on body color and of course, only works on light scracth or swirl marks. This is what I would do, use Mcguire paint cleaner to take out all other contaminant that car wash cant.....apply scratch X and then apply the gold class wax to protect it.

The scratch X and turtle wax will wear off pretty fast and within a few weeks the scratches will reappear. If the scratches are superficial, you can use a good polish and this should cure the problem after topping off with a carnuba.
