+31mm Wheels

Is this going to be too wide for my 2001 wheel wells?

Thanks! P.S. Wheels are 18x8.5" I want my wheels to be as close to the fender lips as possible, but still not scrape the tires too badly if I accidentally bottom out.

This will for sure rub....A LOT. My wheels are 18x8.5 with a +37 all around. The rears rubbed slightly, rolled the fenders, now they only rub with people in the back and after hitting a dip/bump. If you want 8.5's I would get at least a +39, this still could rub a weeeee bit. But take note, my car is pretty slammed.
