u are a member when u come there... they give u a name like Guest20342 or something like that... so when u are in the chatroom you type /nick and whatever name u want like for example when i get in there I type
/nick psing23

and that gives me my name psing23
you would probably type
/nick TAGURIT
or whatever u want...

and thats how thats done..
