Know how to take this part off?

Does anyone know how to take off the "bump" guard on the doors? My passenger side guards are so full of dents and chips i'm thinking of replacing it with new ones (if it's even possible).

Any info is gladly appreciated as usual

Thanks.

Im going to be ordering some for my Max also. Everyone must feel like they can just whip their doors open into our Max'. Anyway that piece doesnt have any screws...just double sided adhesive so im assuming by using a hair dryer you could soften it up and pry it off. Hopefully someone whos acutally done it can inform us a bit more.

Gonna be tough, it is clipped as well as double stick taped. All I can say is be careful not to dent the door itself with a screwdriver or anything else you might use to pry it off with.
