Brake Question

I just bought a black 2000 SE with 45K miles and the brakes are squealing like a mother@#$*!. Do the stock brake pads have remninders in them or are they just getting the SH@! grinded out of them.

they have the metal tab reminders

As far back as my old 89 SE.

Squealing is the wear indicators. If you also feel GRINDING then you went too far.

Might want to get them replaced before you start grinding.
