i thought your kidden till i looked at your homepage. that is screwed up. I would get in touch with Ebay about that and follow the auction really well. Never know, might be worth selling and buying a 2K2 or 3. and i love the way he says california. You are an alabaman

Yeah get in touch with the seller too..make sure you get some MONEY. If not, contact ebay fraud or something. The seller has 0 rating..so he/she may be setting up for fraud.

That is hysterical. But I'll bet the guy just doesn't have a digital camera and decided to just use your pics. I don't think that he is really trying to sell your car.

Report Suspicion On Ebay Click That. This is what I would do, I think it's that category.

1) Questional Content On Ebay
2) Potentially Infringing Issues
3) Uses of Images without permission

Then you can tell them that he/she stole your pictures and is selling a car with fake pictures or something. Think of what to say.

Thanks I tried that and something else. I think I've sent a few things to ebay...so I guess the may have the message by now. This is all pretty funny I mean there are better looking maxs on the org they could have stolen pictures from.

Hope u don't mind but I emailed the doofus...and he doesn't care if its your pic or mine, he will continue using it until the car is sold...I told him to atleast get your permission, but he says it's nothing to get upset about and that he will use what ever pic CLOSELY resembles his car...what a doofus.
