If you bought 6 1/2 and are not familiar with car stereo installations, I would return them and get 6 3/4 for installation ease.
For door panel removal, check out the "how to" section. There are two screws to remove and you just pry the panel back. You might have to unplug the electrical stuff too.
Also, don't wire the speakers out of phase (mixing up the positive and negative wires). Otherwise it will sound like crap and girlfriend will dump you.

Don't buy stuff because it's cheap. Buy stuff that will work for your respective application. You are going to end up spending way more time on that type of install than it is worth because you saved a few bucks. You can pick up great Pioneer 6 3/4 coaxials on ebay for $50 SHIPPED for both the front and rear doors......and they are a plug and play.

From Crutchfield......
5th Gen Bose
Front: 6 3/4
Rear: 5 1/4
5th Gen Non-Bose
Front: 6 1/2
Rear: 6 1/2
So either way, you have one incorrect set of speakers. If you are non-Bose, your 5 1/4s will not fit. If you are Bose, your front 6 1/2s will need to be modified to fit.
