Kids scratched my car...what can I do???

I was checking my tranny fluid yesterday on my driveway. A couple kids were driving their new barbie jeep around the block. Finally they drove by my car and said "hi" to me.....how sweet! and then I noticed that they are not too good at driving that barbie jeep.....they bumped into other cars' bumper. Now, that got me really worried. When I went to look at my rear bumpers....yup, they left me a scratch on there! Man...this really made me sad, but since they are only kids..there's nothing I can do about it.

anyways, same night, had three runs with a stock looking (besides wing/foglight) Accord V6 coupe and beat him 3 times. from 80 to 110, gave him a 2-car length for each run and turned out that I was able to double that distance. I had my gf, full tank of gas, and 60lb of hometheather system that I just bought in my trunk. Finally, we stopped because of traffic....gave him a thumb, ended the race.

while we're on the topic of scratches, you know that strip on both sides of the car, the one that supposedly prevents door dings, anyone have that repainted? i've got like 5 dings and scratches on each side, on that strip alone. touch-up paint just looks nasty on it.

sorry about your scratch.. but that mental picture cracks me up. Nothing like having your first fender bender at 5! Waving at some guy from your barbie jeep no less! You need to move before that girl gets a *real* drivers license. I do believe she will be a danger to society.

I had a problem with some neighborhood kids too. They would always drive around my car and hit it periodically, also whenever i left my house they would wait for me and line up with me at the stop sign and beat me by at least 3 car lengths, those power wheels can fly (i still miss my 87 stock max ) but what you can do is try to get your hands on one of the city or towns car boots, and juts put it on their barbie jeep, then let's see them ding up your car!

hahahah.......I think I am not going to win because I am not a 2k2. nice!

thx guys.....MaxSEima and Tim...if they do that to my car again, I think I am going to jack their barbie jeep and drive it away. oh well....kids should have fun, but they have to learn to respect other's property. hope they didnt do it on purpose ( I doubt it though....since they still have guts to say hi to me)

BLKMAX005SPD:

Couldn't you just speak with the childrens' parents ? Just politely let them know what happened, and if it happens again, politely ask them to pay you for a fix from a body shop. If that fails use the jeep and ram it into the parents car a few times. . .

That is a good idea but he may live in the area for quite some time more so speaking to her parents may cause a social problem therfore other neighbors might think less of him?

I don't know what I am talking about. Should I be a psychologist?
