You have to get a new stud in the hub. I'm not too sure about the difficulty of doing it yourself. But if you take it somewhere to get it done it can cost as much as $70!!! So look around for the best price. Also since you have 5 bolts per wheel it's not that big of a deal to drive around with only 4.

That's what you get for swapping rims too many times! hahaha... J/K Actually, that was the reason I lost 8 of the 20 on my Z. Anyways, it wasn't that hard to replace them. I wish I had taken pics of when I changed them, but alas I didn't (too busy cursing at the broken stud for not coming out). Assuming it's the same though, you simply need to... actually, I followed this link for my Z, so I can't guarantee the same procedure/results/outcome for the Maxima. I know that the cost from the dealer was about $55 parts/labor to do replace all 5 studs in the rear.

Yeah that's how it's done. Though for just one stud you can get away with leaving the rotor on the car.

Just go to your local auto store and tell em you need a stud.
