Emblems/badges

Ok, this should be an easy question. Do the "Maxima" and "SE" badges on the trunk have locater pins, or can I just remove them? I tried taking the badges off my 99 4 Runner, but Toyota uses pins There has to be one of you guys out there that don't want no stinkin' badges on their deck lids.

the "Maxima" and the SE" are only attatched by glue but the "Nissan" has pins.

use some dental floss or fishing line and put it behind the emblems and start sawing back and forth. make sure you do it when its warm or put a heater behind you. it makes a huge difference. i used Goo Gone to get the left over glue off.
