Turning Radius Improvement Question.....

guys....like couple months ago, some of the .org members removed the white cab underneat the car and they resolve the turning radius problem. now, my question is, where is that white cab?? i got down under the car and did not see any white cab..so, is it really SAFE to do it?? i meant, any problem might cause after removing the white cab?? i heard the rims would hit the control arm or something....need some advises!

thanks

I believe it's that white piece right next to the control arm.. It looks like a stopper..

i tried taking it off but i couldn't
it was too tight

but i thought that its kinda good leaving them on there, because its not good for the steering rack to go all the way to its end, and if there are stopers that block the rack from turning all the way to the end(which isn't good) then its alright with me
