Sorry I got a quick questioin

Has anyone run the wire for the trunk mounted 6 disc changer? I have the HU out and was wondering if I need to go down the right(driver) side or the left (passenger) side or even the center, but that's highly unlikely. I was going to ask before I start striping out everything and find out the other side would have been better. Thanks guys!

It's for the passenger side. You need to remove the mouldings in the trunk and along the passenger side..including the lower portion of the B pillar and also the bottom rear seat cushion.

Yeah it's kinda wierd. The wires run on the passenger side, but the changer mounts on the driver's side in the trunk. BTW, where are you located in Louisville, I have a good friend that's from there, but I don't exactly know what part of Louisville they're from.

Yes you have to drill holes. Did you buy your changer new or used? If new, did you get the mounting kit that goes along with it? I didn't drill holes, but put generous amounts of silicone underneath the mounting bracket (that comes with the mounting kit) and it works just fine. No holes = no rust.
