Dyno In Texas ?/ Hp gain claim

I was wondering if any of you Texas org members have found a place to dyno In Texas ( Close to Dallas area)Reason I'm asking,
A guy at work is trying to sell me one of those fuel magnets. ( yeah I know I did a search and results were what I thought)Looks like B.S.
After checking the website they had a dyno chart with a Corvette 01 Hp rating is 357.1 and 354.4 Tq,
and After the product, Hp 367.3 Tq 358.7.
Are they doing dyno's from the crank? Those numbers can't be from the wheels..Unless it is really a Z06,
Anyway that's not a bad increase for the money, (If no B.s)
So that's why I want a place in texas to dyno, if he can duplicate those gains I'm in.
No need to flame me, I just want to put an end to the Fuel magnet debate.
Thanks.

Yeah, whatever. Tell him you have this wonderful product called a Tornado Air that will give him 10-20% more HP. If he asks where to get one, tell him to go to a As Seen On TV store at your local mall
