thanks bud -- i'm officially in the market now... I have another question for you, I've seen these '02 used Max's (SE's) for under $20K .. any truth to these ads? I haven't checked for the legitimacy of any of these ads/prices yet since I've still got a month or two before I need to buy a car.

Actually, the Acura's 5-spd auto has very similar gearing up to 4th gear .. final drive ratio changes things though:
