torque wrench...
this might seem like a dumb question...
but does anyone know how to use a torque wrench..??..i got one from my friend but he lost the instructions and i got no idea how it works...i wanna install a fstb..i'm afraid of tightening it too tight or too loose...

Depends on what kind.
If it's a beam type, you pull carefully until the indicator beam deflects to the desired torque.
If it's the 'click' type, you turn the knurled end of the wrench (NOT the nut on the very end) to the desired torque, then pull until you hear a 'click' and stop pulling.
Set it to 40lbs, and try it out on your lug nuts.

If you set it at 80, and don't understand what you're trying to experience, you might put a lot of torque on the nuts.
As long as you loosen them and retighten properly, you'll probably be OK (unless you break the studs), but by using a low torque setting, you'll gain the experience of the feel, while greatly minimizing the risk of over tightening.
