I just finished exchanging emails with a rep about kyb agx's for the 5th gens. He said expect nothing before june/july next year. I know this has been brought up before but I thought I would share this tidbit of info I recieved.

Doesnt catman sell Modified KYB AGX. I know we have KYB for 2-1K maxima. Why would it be different on a 2k2???

 

What I am talking about is not modified and warrantied though KYB not cattman. Plus I have talked with a few org peeps and the fittment was someone off and needing adjustment. As far as I know the gr-2's are the only KYB product available for the 5th gen's. I just thought I would post this for the other members wanting what is spec for our cars not needing modification.

 

ye there is some modification. If you dont want to modify then spend $60 more and buy the upper strut mounts from 95-99(catman sells them also) and they fit like butter. No need to wait bro.

I got sick of waiting. I thought I could deal with the floaty ride and the 4x4 look but ended up mating the KYB GR2s with H&R springs. 3K miles and so far so good.
