Anybody else live in **** weather and have to put snow tires on there new MAX? I did... spent $450 on new snow tires and rims... I regret it every day... its barely been snowing.. and now I'm saying to myself.... I could have bought new tires for that much...they do work though.. Ahhh the real reason im mad is because i my car looks like CRAP with them on ... if anyone wants to see a pic i shall take one.

 

Have been happy with the purchase, as we have had snow and/or ice almost daily for the past 3 weeks.

I did buy Borbet wheels (instead of the steel wheels), so the car doesn't look much worse with the snows on than with the summer tires...

 

I slid into a curb and bent the control arm...bye bye $300. I would have gladly paid $450 for the snow tires.
