My 00 se 5 speed pulls to the right when I accelerate hard. The wheels are aligned, tire pressure is equal, etc... I'm gonna call the dealer on it, but I was wondering if anyone nows something about this or has experienced the same thing.

Its called torque steer. A byproduct of front wheel drive.

Some FWD cars do this normally. Kinda frustrating huh. Mine doesn't. The other 2k Maximas I test drove didn't. I test drove a new Taurus with the V6 200hp engine that pulled to the right if you stomped on the gas hard enough. Tough luck.

Big power with front wheel drive is a recipe for heavy torque steer. It also means the car will be super sensitive to alignment. It sounds like you have a slight inequality in camber or caster between the two sides. There is a lot of slop in the upper mounts, that should allow you to get it a lot closer. (I had the same prob, adjusted, drove, adjusted etc., now it only pulls on uneven pavement.)
