Ummm... Hi.

Nice Teeth... Would love to see a full smile...
Anywayz... I'm wondering where to get a pipe as well.

http://www.drwebdesign.com/mymaxima/upperintake.html

This guy got his pipe from Autozone. I'd get one from there too, but we have no Autozone stores in Hawaii. On the website there's pics of where to put the breather. His car is a 4th gen though so there are some minor differences.

Another alternative would be to go to a muffler shop, and take/buy their scrap pipes they use in their custom fabrications.

keep smilin'

i tried it back when i designed the intakes in janurary and got a heavy hesitation for like the first 15 minutes i had the car running. welded a breather line in place, and sold them like that and they are fine.

When my friend bought his 200sx SE-R the previous owner had put a breather filter on and it was actually causing a vacuum leake. He got rid of it and the problem was solved.

That's exactly why you shouldn't use a breather filter. The MAF measures how much air is going into the engine. When you disconnect the air line from the PCV valve on the front cylinder bank, the rear cylinder bank still is pulling a vacuum through the crank case into the intake manifold. The breather filter on the front bank allows unmeasured air into the system, and could cause any number of problems associated with a lean air/fuel mix. The O2 sensors still regulate the system enough to keep it running but the MAF is now essentially sending bad readings to the ECU.

I'm confuse, you say your mid... is PVC, well based on the sig it doesn't look PVC to me,

Just buy Berk tech of Franken mid section, the breather plug in to the vacuum hose on the right side of the valve cover.

Very nice sig...

Cheers

Hey dmbmaxima2k2, can I use your midpipe with my Berk Tech intake ? Do you have it available in SS Polish ? and how much. You are definitely scoring point, stability in business is cruscial.

Sound like I may buy your mid pipe.

Thanks & best regards
