Hey guys- Today I got my new Maxima- an Icelandic Pearl SE 5-speed! It's really cool, and doesn't seem to be affected by the 2K- 5sp herky-jerkys. Anyway, no mods yet, my biggest problem is keeping my foot out of it till it's broken in!
Regards, David Burnette

Congratulations on the new maxima. I know what you mean about keeping your heavy foot of the gas.......It's tough, but you will be past the breakin period soon enough.

It's actually a base SE, economics dictated either that or a GXE, so the choice was pretty easy! First thing it's going to get is a strut bar! Regards, David Burnette

don't put stuff like duralube in yuor car or slick fifty until u got over 10k.. just to b safe. or else your motor will not completely break in and the piston rings might not seat right..
