Has NE1 used or know NE1 that has used this kit. I saw it in an add and it says that it's suppose to increase your ligh output upto 170%, even sock bulbs, It looks like the ballast that comes with the HID kits.

I am skeptical of most products, unless I know someone that has used them. I called up a shop, they run $275.00 they come with Galaxy bulbs.

If they work as they promise, they could be a half decent HID replacement for half the cost.
