How do Nissan determine those applied VINs, date, and viecles on their TSB?
My car doesn't apply any of their TSBs VINs and date, but still has those TSB problems which are noticible, like hood vibration, wind noise.
But some of the TSBs are due to safety issue and may not be awared during normal driving condition such as transverse link recall. How do I know if my car need to have the TSB done as well?

I think they do it by the time it took to fix/find the problem. Take your car in anyway with the tsb's. Tell them you are experiancing the same problems as the tsb's and they should fix it according to the tsb's. Good luck

 

Sorry I didn't make it clear.

I have no problem have those TSBs done on my car, even my car isn't on their list. But that's based on what I can find the problem by myself. But some TSBs, such as transvers link recall, no one knows if it needs to be done unless your car is on the list.
