TSB Sticky got me new brakes!!!

I was reading the tsb sticky, I printed out the post refering to the 2000 "Brake Judder" TSB, went to the dealer and they turned my rotors and gave me new pads!!! I thought they would never even entertain the idea with 27k miles on the car but they did. The service guy even said that someone else was in for brakes but they were probably going to get their brakes done under the TSB as well now that I brought it to their attention.

Now my wife does not think I am a dork for coming to this site everyday because it just saved us a couple of hundred bucks!

Thanks ORG.

Same thing here. I got rotors turned about a year ago; few months ago got new rotors and pads with ~30k on the car. Also, had them install the wind noise rubber molding with another tbs <made a world of a difference!> Guy was very cool; maybe because I was very cool waiting weeks while they were having problems locating the parts. You'd think pads would be well stocked a dealership.
