If you pull the emergency brake all the way up and then move your finger down the underside of the brake starting in the middle, is there supposed to be a hole down towards the end of the brake. Down in the hole is a screw bolted in. I was wondering if there is supposed to be a cover here. I think a nissan dealer f'd up when they replaced the console. I've got a 2k se btw. please help.

 

nah, it's supposed to be like that. at least, that's how it rolled off the assembly line. i guess they didn't figure anyone would look under there...

but if you wanna put a different ebrake handle on, you'll need to know where it is. so now you know.
