Hi,

I just got a 2002 Maxima GLE, brand new, but the alarm the dealer install for me have big problem, it locked my engine so that I can't start for 3 times in one month.

I am goin gto ask my dealer to take it out and refund my money for that alarm, but instead of get the money back, what should I ask for to add onto my Maxima GLE that will worth the alarm cost ($1400) ?

Any idea is apreaciated! (How about a rear spoiler?)

I've got Sunroof, sunroof deflector, climate control, leather seat, BOSE stereo, power seat, side impact airbag, 6-CD changer, seat
memory, side sills .... etc.

Can someone tell me more about lemon law in CA, I heard someone told me that if my Maxima is a brand new car and it fail me 3 times (won't start), I am eligible to ask for another new car.

How do I go about doing this ? Who should I talk to first ?
Where to apply for this and where to find the detail info ?
