Hello. I'm the owner of a new 2002 Maxima SE 6-speed since August 30th. I've enjoyed driving it and now have 4000 miles on the odometer. However, there aren't may roads out there where I can unleash the cars full potential.

I know I should be doing a search, but I'd just like to know what you've had your 2002 Maximas up to as far as top speed. Car and driver says its 145 MPH drag limited. Has anyone been up that high? Just curious.

145 drag limited is just about right...if you wanna go faster..you need..mods...mMm..mods..hahah I have a pic with my speedo tached out...hehe

 

everybody knows you jacked up the front of your car for that picture..

 

It'll go faster, but you have to get rid of the limiter.

 

hmm.. no limiter here.
