new budget ypipe, or used cattman?

i have the choice of either buying a used cattman y-pipe or a new budget...the cattman hasnt been used for THAT long and will actually cost me less than the budget will shipped; actually if i trade my stock y-pipe for the cattman, it will cost less installed than will the budget y-pipe shipped [does that make sense?]...i trust the guy that im getting it from but i just dont know about cattmans stuff, esp w/ the flex section and those problems, and since its used...what would you guys do?

You should find out if the cattman is the newer (Non-shrinking) version b4 you decide..

Hmm...does Budget's y-pipe have a pre-cat or not? I heard the warpspeed has a pre-cat. You would find more gains with a y-pipe not having a pre-cat like Cattman. And not ALL of those 1st generation Cattman y-pipe had bad flex sections.

If the Budget doesn't remove a pre-cat then I would go with Cattman. Otherwise go with the Budget.
