I was reading in the latest Motortrend Magazine about Hyandai is compensating owners for HP deficiencies of more than 4% (on current and older models) with items such as extended warranty's etc. It also noted that Ford did the same with mustangs and Mazda with Miata's.

Just thought this would add a little fuel to the fire. If there is a precedent of mfg's doing this maybe we can get something for our 5.8% rip off.
