POLYURETHANE BUSHINGS AND R&T CAT

does the se have polyurethane bushings?,and does random tech make convertors for the 2k max?,that thing makes almost 7hp and 17 pounds of torque on the dyno for a 95 maxima with cai.

as far as the bushings go, yes, the SEs come with stiffer polyurethane bushings...

the cat...i heard people buying the RT cats for their max...but i'm not sure whether it was for the 5th gens...

I'm not sure if I have seen the 5th gens listed on there or not. About the gains of the cat...it is going to vary greatly from car to car. the gains really depend on how clogged the previous cat was. the new on is clean and higher flow. you really only recognizing gains because of the buildup in the stock cat...

the dyno states hp152 and 155tq, i believe the 95 was rated at 190hp and 205 pounds or torque at the crank,i'm not sure if the max that was tested was auto or 5speed though.

i just ran across another dyno of a 96 auto 159hp,164ptq at the wheels with a cai and greddy cat back exhaust,with the r&t cat he gained 6hp and 15pds of tq at the wheels.
