Maxima beater?

Which car do ya think can beat 2000 nissan maxima? I dont want to buy 2002 altima or nissan since almost everybody has it. I was thinking of getting WRX Impreza since they are very rare and cool AWD, but I dont know.

there are many many cars that can beat a 2K max. are you asking generally or among your two choices? of those two, if it's a v6 altima, both will beat a 2k max.

Are there any other cars under $30,000 with automatic transmission that can beat 2000 maxima auto? But not any honda, nissan, or toyota. Maybe something european or even japanese, but not american.

you can chip a 1.8T jetta or GTI (cheap easy mod). even stock, it won't be slaughter. the turbo S60's (volvo) should be able to beat an auto 2k max as well (those probably cost right around 30K though). there are many options.
