I am looking for a good dealer who will not take advantage of my lack of knowledege about cars . I live in Marlborough, MA.
Marlborough Nissan ripped me with a $800 bill for my rotors and Brake's after only 21900 miles . I am going to take them to task. Your suggestions will be appriciated .

Thanks,

I purchased my Max from Glick Nissan in Westborough and I was not too impressed the first time I brought it in for service.
I switched to Fireside Nissan in Attleboro. I have had 2 positive experiences there.

these are interesting... I drove 120 miles out of my way to go to Glick because of the excellent treatment I got there.

Let me elaborate about Glick. Great buying experience, Paul K and the rest of that sales team were terrific. First service experience, terrible. John C. the service manager flat out lied to me.

That's weird. I bought my '02 SE from Marlboro Nissan (I live in Marlboro also) and had a great experience with their Internet sales dept. (I printed out the CarsDirect.com price for an '02 - which was less than dealer invoice - and asked them if they'd match it. They did.)

I also have brought my SE back there for routine maintenance and haven't had any problems. (Granted, I've only got ~11K miles on it so I've only had oil changes so far.)

Not directly. Only inform others of their experiences.

Even my buying exp was good . The second time I took my car for service , it came back with a flat tyre . They did not help me fix the flat tyre . I had to call AAA to get it done . This time $800 was simply too much . Make sure you get a second opinion when you get done some expensive repairs . They were not able to confirm what they did to my car . The manager said something that was completely diff from what the technician had to say. Also my receipts were not in sync with what they claimed they replaced .

Marlborough Nissan , MA seems to be more expensive than the other dealers from what i got to know after this issue . Their labor rates are much higher .

good luck .
