5th Gen Spotted On "Hi-Rev Tuners"

ok ok, that show is as as...civics - anyhow...i saw a cream lime green max w/ sarona kit...(i think) it only showed it for a brief second cuz it had to interview an owner of a dumb cavalier. it had 02+ tails...i think it was an '02 cuz of the non - HID look on the '03. (correct me if i'm wrong)...i'm a 3rd gener.

Hi rev tunners

That show is honda based all the way. Dollars speak big here and looks like the honda market got a big head start. The max was shot from behind for approx. 3 sec then transitions to another segment. There have been only 3 quick shots of maxes on all the shows that have aired to date. A little biased but again Honda dollars is what sells this show. SupertunerTV on the other hand has featured a GTR skyline with a thousand horse engine upgrade that was incredible. At $150,000 it could be yours. Slowly but surely Maxes will get there due on these new shows. Time will tell.

it's Honda Biased BIGGGGGG Time....

if you go to their website, you can see profiles of the hosts of the show...they say even the female hosts are active participants of the import scenes and they fix up their 'Honda's....but if you hear them talk and explain about the cars...you kinda wonder..what the hell are they talking about?

Hi REv Hondas

i saw the show once, i have to agree with everybody 100% honda biased.. through out the whole show, it was all about civic this, civic that, and integra once a while in some hiliter green -_- and that guy.. he dont know what the hell hes talking about. i did see a 240sx with the siliva convertion , i have to say that was pretty swt. other than that.. i rather watch jerry springer next time its on

I have seen it a couple of times. They interviewed this one guy that had somewhere around $7,000.00 into his car (it may have been $12,000, but can't remember for sure). Anywho, they keep asking him about it and everything on the car is changed fromt he interior to the extior with huge wing, fart-can, monster shift-light and all that kind of crap. Then they asked him what he had done under the hood. He popped the hood and said that it was completely stock but he wants to add nitrous soon. Yeah, okay buddy. You dropped enough money into your car that you could have bought a whole new one trying to make it look fast, but you haven't done anything to increase the power.

Whatever.

I then watched them take their Ford Focus project car and they dumped in around $1,000 and increased their stock dynod hp by 8-hp. That was it. I was laughing my cajoles off! What a lame show, but what do you expect when it's paid for by Pep-Boys. )

I don't mind the Pep Boys connection...what kills me is having dingbats like the blonde who probably couldn't find her way out of a paper bag try to talk about cars or anything technical.

Not a bad body, but the face is for those who actually like the brain-dead, deer in teh headlights expression. You know, the vacuum between the ears dingy look?

I saw that one. We were watching the show to get a good laugh in and I said "hey, is that a 5th gen?" Then we stopped laughing.. It looked horrible.
