So how hard is it to work with Bondo? Just slop it on and sand it, right? I have the Eclipse one right now, but I need to mold it on there permanently......
I can paint it okay, but the Bondo is where I am going to run into trouble.

I used Bondo to patch a hole in the side of my truck, once. It's messy. You may want to think twice about doing this. Maybe you could buy some and 'practice' before you take the opperation inside your car because if you mess up, it's going to look really bad.
The best thing to use is multiple layers of glazing putty that you can get from a automotive paint supply store. It come in two parts, the putty and the hardener. Take your time and do a little at a time. Trust me it takes a while, start with 80-180 grit sand paper, then progress to 200 then 400 and then just before painting use 800 or something like that. I have done two a dual and a triple.
