Saturday Modding day.(Long)
Saturday Modding day.(Long)
Well I had saved quite a few mods to be done at once:
I met up with fellow org member Cutlr7(Jayson) at about 10 PM that morning. After a McDonalds breakfast we headed down to my Father in laws heated warehouse. Using a giant floor jack we raised that biatch up and placed our jack stands. This is were the fun began, a Cali-spec Y-Pipe is a pain, but once off 2 hours later we installed the Cattman Y in about an hour.
While Jay was working on the Y, I using RussMaxManiac's fog light instructions installed new Piaa xtreme white bulbs, daaamn they are bright, people hate me.
We then proceeded to put on Jayson's old Stillen RSB onto my car and let me say that is my best mod to date, the steering is so much more responsive. The RSB install took about 1 1/2 hours.
I could not have done it without Jayson and want to thank him again on this board.
PS You can learn alot with the help from fellow org members, I learned so much just by getting under the Max and turning wrenches.
A lesson learned, when someone say make it fit and you proceed to using a breaker bar to do it it's usually not a good idea.
cost us an hour.
