oem muffler...??

oem muffler...??

i know the 5th gen got a var. muffler...and above 2k rpm the flap opens up....but had anyone notice that a little, just a little exhaust comes out of the left pipe when the max is parked..??
is this normal..??

before i started modding, i remember putting my hand over it and feeling almost no air coming out of the left. now with my mods, i do notice a little more air coming out of it while idling. i wonder if the increased air flow of an intake, y pipe, b pipe has any affect on it.

The flap is not air tight. It closes against metal, there is bound to be some loss.
