Can anyone recommend a good nissan service dept with in the vicinity of New York city. I bought my max from Premium Nissan in New Rochelle. Gave me a good deal, but the service dept. sucks. The manager is a real jerk and it takes for ever to get your car back.

I go to Star in Flushing since it's only about 1mile from my house.. I don't recommend them for parts b/c they're high priced but they're very couteous when it comes to warranty work..

Ask for Steve. He's the General Manager. Very kind and friendly person if you start offering him gifts...
BTW, do not mention my name unless you want your warranty to go bye bye...

 

Koeppel Nissan sucks. Over-priced and rude. I am thinking of changing over to Star.
