I have a 03 SE 6M and what to know if it I need to replace the seal when I install the pulley. I went to the dealership and they were very curious why I needed a new seal so soon, that and they would have to order the part. Unwilling to give my name and such I wanted to know since my car only has 4000 miles on it, is this is a must on the install???

The most surprising thing here is that the dealership cares what you are doing. I've never had anyone ask me what I was planning on doing when I ordered odd parts here and there. I don't think you need to give them an answer anyway, you are paying for it after all.
